What can you expect at TMES PTA meetings? 

  • All meetings are concise and to the point! We begin promptly at 7:00pm and end at published time (usually 8:00pm). 

  • Unique content is provided to those in attendance. Guest speakers, important topics presented by our Admin, the topic and/or speaker is published in advance of the meeting so you know what to expect! 

  • Open communication with our PTA board and TMES admin. Our board members are present 15 minutes before the meeting and stay after the end time to discuss any issues that don’t come up in the meeting. 

  • Your input is often needed in making decisions about our PTA events and initiatives. Sometimes its a quick and informal vote, but your voice and opinion are valuable and helpful!

  • We do a brief financial review at every meeting. So you can see and hear exactly what our funds are used for! 

  • We welcome ALL PARENTS, GUARDIANS, TEACHERS AND STAFF to our meetings and hope you will join us!

Don’t forget... FREE babysitting is offered by Bar-T for all in-person meetings!
